Job Description

Summary: The Aim Hi family is always looking for outgoing individuals to work retail at our local shooting range and firearms store. A good candidate must have the skill set to provide exceptional customer service through professional courtesy and expert product knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Promote and sell products, services and/or related accessories, through "approach-ability" and superior product knowledge, to meet and surpass sales goals.
• Understand that, as an employee at Aim Hi, part of our job is to inform and educate.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding all inventory and associated accessories.
• The Ability to use and understand a computer-base Point of Sale (POS) system, with cash, check, or credit transactions.
• Handle customer concerns/complaints with poise and grace.
• Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Provide basic assistance with merchandising the store, including reception of inventory that may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintains a neat and orderly store at all times to include dusting and vacuuming.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a positive attitude!
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
• Must have basic computer/internet knowledge.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Prior retail ales experience required.
• Basic knowledge of firearms is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of firearms is preferred, but not required
