What you’ll do- Be a Team Member:
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed. - Be an Expert:
Prepares food according to item specifications; understands and plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team-oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices.
