Our customers like to use digital media to receive competent and personal advice from us on banking topics. And for this, we are looking for you!

Your Responsibilities

  • You will advise our private customers through digital media (telephone, video consultation, chat, co-browsing) on topics such as account, service, digitalization, and you will actively explore the entire standardized product range for our customers.
  • You will also advise customers in the areas of investment, retirement planning, and private loans.
  • You will confidently use digital media in the consultation and utilize all available tools of an omnichannel-capable workstation.
  • You will recognize and exploit cross-selling potential.
  • You will maintain a high level of service quality according to the principles of customer-oriented sales while adhering to regulatory and internal company guidelines and processes.
  • You will perform all necessary pre- and post-sales activities.

Your Profile

Professional Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a banker
  • Comprehensive product knowledge of financial services
  • Experience in sales
  • Proof of competence according to EU Intermediary Directive (EU-IDD)
  • Cost consciousness and ability to think and act in a business-oriented way
  • PC skills, ability to learn work-specific systems

Personal Requirements

  • Sales skills and enjoyment in contact with our customers
  • Open and communicative personality who likes to work in teams
  • High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop expertise in the fields of finance, sales, processes, and digitalization
  • Routine in handling PC and software applications
  • High sales and self-motivation as well as pronounced customer orientation
  • Excellent analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and high performance willingness
  • Very good communication skills
