Join Envalior – Imagine The Future! At Envalior, we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Business Development Team and play a key role in executing the US HPPA growth strategy.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have strong knowledge of polymers like HPPA (High Heat Polyamide) and a proven track record of achieving ambitious business development targets that drive market growth. You will actively collaborate with cross‑functional disciplines and cross‑regional colleagues and customers to expand our reach throughout your territory. You will embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods, materials, and technologies to contribute to our values and mission.
KeyContributions
- Support the implementation of the North American HPPA strategy through market development, acquiring new projects and advancing commercialization goals.
- Evaluate competitor products across technical and commercial dimensions and develop differentiation strategies.
- Build technical and commercial relationships with key customers in the assigned markets, including prospective North American customers.
- Collaborate with the Business Line and Business Excellence teams to identify regional market intelligence, including customer trends, value chains, pricing, and applications.
- Develop new business through the generation of technical value proposals, marketing tools, and application and design knowledge.
- Translate customer and application requirements into product specifications and recommend existing products or, when necessary, design new product specifications in consultation with global Product Development Specialists and Technical Product Managers.
- Experience selling High Heat Polymers is required.
- New business development experience with a proven track record of achieving ambitious targets that drive market growth.
- 8–10 years of commercial and technical experience with high‑heat polymers.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel at least 50 %.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
