Your Role

As a Retail Field Marketing Specialist, you'll be the face of The Wilson Companies at Home Depot locations. You'll engage directly with homeowners shopping for home improvement products to promote our comprehensive home services and generate qualified leads.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and manage promotional booths at Home Depot locations
• Engage with homeowners to educate them about our HVAC service
• Distribute promotional materials and collect contact information from interested prospects
• Schedule appointments and consultations for our service teams
• Build relationships with Home Depot store managers and staff
• Track daily activities, leads generated, and conversion rates
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Outstanding people skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Confident communicator who can start conversations with strangers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• A Car, A Valid Driver's License and a willingness to travel to local Home Depot locations
• Weekend availability required
• Comfortable standing for extended periods

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in field marketing, retail promotions, or outside sales
• Knowledge of home services or construction industry
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English)
• Event planning or coordination experience
