Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm | Saturday, 8am-6pm (one Saturday per month, with a weekday off in exchange) These are Sales hours open for the day, this is not your set working schedules of hours.

Up to $250,000 in earning potential, based on performance

• Lead and coach Product Specialists to hit and beat their sales goals
• Hire and train new Product Specialists
• Structure offers that work for the customer and the dealership
• Know every factory and dealer incentive cold and apply it correctly
• Submit credit apps and match buyers to the right lender
• Step in to close deals (T.O.) when reps need backup
• Handle tough customer moments with professionalism
• Keep the GM in the loop on wins, problems, and next moves

• Leadership experience, sales or management background
• Strong communication skills, in person and electronic
• Comfort with CRM and dealership software
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Clean driving record (2 years)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
