American Roofing & Metal Co., Inc., a family‑owned full‑service roofing company, invites dedicated individuals to join our Ohio location. Currently hiring for Service Foreman.
Service ForemanExperience Level: Minimum 2 years roofing experience.
Key Qualifications- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must pass drug tests consistently.
- Work in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Lift at least 25 pounds.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Experience on high‑pitched roofs, ladders, and high‑rise buildings.
- Familiarity with roofing industry smartphone apps.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems.
- Leadership and management abilities.
- Paperwork handling, organized.
- Accurate tape measure reading.
- Excellent communication & customer service.
- Duties may include trash removal, job site cleanup, loading/unloading materials, etc.
- Applicants must be willing to perform all required tasks.
- Permanent, full‑time position.
