This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in underground pipe installation, trench work, and construction site preparation. As a vital member of our field crew, you'll work on sewer, water, and storm systems, building the unseen foundation of thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality work at a productive rate with minimal supervision.
• Assess ground conditions and prepare trenching areas.
• Excavate, clean, and prepare construction sites for pipe installation.
• Lay and align various types of pipes including sewer, storm, and water systems.
• Seal joints, install auxiliary lines, and remove old piping systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the jobsite; remove rubble, debris, and waste.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Arrive on time, ready to work with proper gear.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with supervisors.
• Perform other labor-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of construction or pipe installation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow blueprints or layout instructions provided by supervisors.
• Familiarity with sewer systems, storm drains, and water main installation is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone for daily communication.
• Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, crouch, and climb throughout an 8-10 hour workday.
• Work in outdoor environments year-round, in all weather conditions.

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday - Friday
