Crew Lead Roustabouts - Steubenville, OH

Crew Lead Roustabouts are sought by Shale Pro Energy Services, LLC to join their team in Steubenville, Ohio. This role involves leading field crews in a variety of oil and natural gas field service tasks, including tank installation, piping, and site maintenance. The ideal candidate will have significant roustabout experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and swing shifts.

• High school diploma or GED
• And/or 5+ years field roustabout experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to drive, walk, and stand frequently
• Willingness to work swing shift, weekends, and occasional overnight travel
• Ability to work in adverse weather and industrial environments
• Proficiency with manual, air, electric, and hydraulic tools
• Understanding of Iso’s and P&IDs for construction projects
• Organizational skills for record keeping
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing, background, and MVR checks
