In this role, success is measured by the quality of your work and the satisfaction of our customers. Here is what you can expect:

On a daily basis: You will review your dispatched jobs, arrive at the customer's property on time, assess the scope of work, and perform the repairs efficiently. You will communicate clearly with the customer before starting to ensure expectations are aligned, and clean up thoroughly when finished.

Over time: You will become a trusted advisor to our regular clients, many of whom will request you specifically for their next projects. You will maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, keep jobs moving on schedule, and contribute to our reputation for reliability.

Trade

Skills:

Strong, hands-on experience in carpentry (installing doors, trim, shelving, cabinetry repair) and drywall (patching, taping, sanding, texture matching, and painting).

Tools: Your own reliable set of hand and power tools suitable for the trades mentioned.

Transportation: A valid driver's license and clean driving record. The company will supply a service vehicle and gas card.

Communication: The ability to speak professionally with customers, explain repair processes clearly, and document completed work on a mobile device.

Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Basic knowledge of minor plumbing (such as replacing a faucet or toilet) and minor electrical work (such as swapping a light fixture or outlet cover).

Experience using digital scheduling or dispatching applications.

Experience estimating material costs and project timelines on-site.
