Ability to perform physical labor and work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Experience with epoxy flooring, floor leveling, or general construction labor is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., use basic hand tools safely, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. Reliable transportation is required. Basic tools and a tool bag are preferred. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance are essential.
