Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Foreman

The Romanoff Group is actively seeking qualified candidates for the HVAC Foreman position to join our award-winning team. This person oversees and coordinates job site operations, including field crews, apprentices, and laborers, managing work schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards, plans, and codes.

• Lead and supervise field teams, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee job site inspections and ensure adherence to company policies and codes.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to support project execution.
• Participate in site meetings and provide project status updates.
• Troubleshoot, test, and verify proper installation and operation of systems and equipment.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents to guide installation activities.
• Mentor and develop team members in technical skills and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, state/local codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and project-related communications.
• Support budget management through labor and material cost reviews.
• Maintain effective communication with project leadership, vendors, and field personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Required:
  
  4+ years of trade specific (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing) construction experience.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred:
  Ability to read and comprehend written (English) materials.
• Preferred:
  Professional Certifications or Licenses.
• Preferred:
  Previous construction experience, use of hand tools, and mechanical aptitude.
