Facilities Supervisor. Position:
Day Shift.

Maintain facilities – Buildings, Aux. Equipment, and grounds.

• Installing receptacles.
• Replacing (110V, 220V, and 480V) motors.
• Installing (110V, 277V, and 480V) light fixtures.
• Replacing bulbs and blast throughout the facility.
• Maintaining HVAC systems.
• Maintaining air compressors.
• Maintaining the boilers.
• Perform 3S activities.
• Drywall repairs.
• Painting.
• Plumbing.
• Fork truck repair
• Concrete repair
• Asphalt repair
• All other jobs, which pertain to the upkeep of the facilities.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent problem solving and time management
• Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment
• Must be able to operate fork Lifts, aerial lifts, cranes and maintenance type vehicles.
• Ability to oversee contractors
• Computer skills

• 2 years’ work experience in facility type maintenance.
• Able to work in high places with aerial lifts and ladders
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Able to sit, bend, kneel, stand and walk.
• Able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Willingness to learn and work to be the best of his/her abilities as well to help the Kobe Team to grow from your experience.
