Utility Scale Solar BESS Experience Required Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities, ensuring safe, high-quality execution from mobilization through commissioning.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications, NEC, OSHA, and client quality standards.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve field issues and drive successful project completion.
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent on utility-scale solar or power EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of DC/AC systems, medium-voltage installations, inverters, transformers, substations, and applicable electrical codes.
- Proven ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain a strong safety and quality culture.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites, with OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license required.
