Enter Source is seeking an Aerial Lineman to join our Fiber Optic Construction team. This role builds and maintains aerial fiber networks delivering high-speed broadband. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in pole work, fiber installation, splicing, and a strong safety track record.
Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing aerial fiber on poles, performing splicing and testing, climbing poles, reading prints, and ensuring OSHA safety standards. CDL is preferred.
