Thermapro Insulation LLC is a leading insulation contractor serving Central Kentucky. We specialize in residential and commercial spray foam applications, with a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism on every job.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on spray foam experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and follows strict safety standards.
Responsibilities- Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation
- Operate spray rigs, compressors, and related equipment safely
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after application
- Monitor foam quality, temperature, and thickness during installation
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors
- Spray foam insulation experience is required
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot, cold, or confined areas
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime or travel may be required)
CompensationPay is based on experience
