We are seeking a full-time
SERVICE PLUMBER
.

Hours:M-F 8:00-4:30, rotating on-call with bonus.

• Use third-party software for dispatching and invoicing.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with clients to identify plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and brazing to join pipes and secure fittings.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly during new construction or remodeling projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and comply with building codes and regulations.
• Use drain cleaning equipment including gas powered jetting machine.
• Rotating after hours on call rotation with dispatching bonus.

• Preference for 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems.
• Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to plumbing work.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with plumbing work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
