Commercial Electrician, 35/hr
4,10s - 6am start time, opportunity for OT as the schedule progresses
Join a dynamic team as an Electrical Technician at a new construction job site. This role involves working on various sections of the campus, including refinery, packaging, and fire alarm systems. You will engage in electrical tasks such as conduit installation and wire pulling, primarily using galvanized materials, and ensure the safety and reliability of the facility.
Responsibilities- Install and maintain electrical conduit and wire, primarily using galvanized materials (3/4 and 1 inch, some pipe up to 2 inches).
- Pull wire and manage cable trays effectively.
- Work at heights, ensuring safety by using provided harnesses.
- Adhere to safety protocols by using appropriate PPE, including Type II Hardhat with a 4-point chinstrap, cut level 4 gloves, and ankle-high steel boots.
- Collaborate with team members to meet construction deadlines and quality standards.
- Engage in safety training as required and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proficiency in electrical work, including conduit installation and wire pulling.
- Lift certification is necessary.
- Ability to work at heights with safety harnesses.
- OSHA 10 certification is required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of commercial experience in electrical work.
- Basic hand tools proficiency.

Work EnvironmentWork hours are Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with safety being a top priority. You will be provided with harnesses for working at heights and must wear appropriate PPE, including a Type II Hardhat with a chinstrap, cut level 4 gloves, and ankle-high steel boots.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upper Sandusky, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
