Experienced Plumbing Technician​/Mechanic

Lee Company is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Technician/Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects across the Southeast. In this field role, you will read blueprints, rough-in and finish piping, diagnose leaks and blockages, and ensure code-compliant installations for water, gas, and drainage systems. You'll work with a safety-first mindset, uphold high quality and cleanliness standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and lay out piping systems.
• Diagnose leaks, blockages, and system issues, providing effective and code-compliant solutions.
• Perform rough-in, trim, and finish work for water, gas, and drain systems.
• Ensure all work meets local and national plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely while following all Lee Company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members regarding work status and recommendations.
• Document work performed, materials used, and any follow-up needs using company technology tools.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction and renovation projects to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and grow technical skills.
