! This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you'll ensure pools and spas are operating safely and efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with mechanical, maintenance, or installation backgrounds (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general construction, appliance repair, etc.) looking to grow in a specialized field.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while performing pool and spa maintenance and repair
- Conduct on‑site inspections, assess water quality, and perform necessary maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, balancing chemicals, and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Test installed equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order
- Install new pool equipment and assist with pool openings and closings
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance to customers on equipment use and pool care
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory efficiently
- Work safely while lifting and handling equipment, following proper safety protocols
- Arrive at customer homes with a professional appearance and respectful demeanor, representing the company positively
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a related field such as:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Equipment installation/repair
- General maintenance or construction
- OR willingness to learn with strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Customer service mindset with clear communication skills
- Professional appearance and ability to work in customer‑facing environments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and handle equipment safely and work outdoors
- Open availability to work weekends and overtime as needed during peak season.
- CPO Certification
- Experience working with pumps, filtration systems, or water systems
