The role installs, maintains and troubleshoots traditional and advanced voice/data services, configures equipment, and ensures customers receive working networks with proper instruction on usage. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of advanced telecommunications education or experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferably CCNA/Network+
