Field Service Technician

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment
• Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided

Demonstrates strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair lift trucks, including knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines. Proficient in reading schematics and service manuals while maintaining effective communication and customer care skills.
