Compensation$32 - $45+ per hour (based on experience and performance)
Our performance based pay structure rewards productivity, quality workmanship, and experience.
Top Mobile Technician earned $164,135 last year.
Average Mobile Technician earns over $100,000 annually.

What You'll DoAs a Mobile Diesel Technician, you'll work independently from a company-provided service truck performing repairs where our customers need you most.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems
- Accurately document repairs and completed work
- Maintain parts inventory and organization of your service truck
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every job
We're looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of their work.
Preferred qualifications:
- Diesel technician experience (mobile experience is a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
