OverviewWe are hiring experienced Installation Technicians to support active construction and data center projects in Jeffersonville, OH. This is a hands-on position requiring work on active construction sites and the ability to read blueprints, operate equipment, and follow detailed installation instructions while maintaining a safety-first mindset.

- Install containment systems on active construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings
- Operate scissor lifts and forklifts safely
- Use hand and power tools including drills, impacts, tape measures, and levels
- Follow detailed installation instructions
- Troubleshoot installation challenges with the Installation Lead
- Maintain a professional, safe, and productive work environment
- Perform physical work including lifting, bending, climbing, and kneeling
Candidates must meet ALL requirements below:
- Must live within 50 miles of Jeffersonville, OH (closer preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with no DUI history
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Blueprint Reading Experience (Required)
- Scissor Lift Experience (Required)
- Forklift Experience (Required)
- Construction or Installation Experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
