Used Vehicle Recon Technician

USED CAR RECONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

Greenwood Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced Used Car Reconditioning Technician to help keep our growing used vehicle inventory retail-ready.

This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing used vehicles before they are placed on the lot. Work may include brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance services, electrical diagnosis, check-engine lights, HVAC repairs, minor engine repairs, and other general mechanical work.

Responsibilities &

Qualifications:

• Perform thorough used-vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs

• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently with a strong sense of urgency

• Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs on multiple makes and models

• Properly document all findings and completed work

• Verify repairs with appropriate testing and test drives

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Previous automotive repair experience preferred

• Must be dependable, productive, and able to work independently

We need someone who understands that speed matters in used-car reconditioning—but quality comes first. The goal is simple: get vehicles inspected, repaired correctly, and frontline-ready as quickly as possible.
