San Mar is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily DC operations at the Ashland, VA location. The role focuses on general maintenance, carpentry, painting, and preventive upkeep of building systems to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of facility maintenance experience, proficiency with hand/power tools, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A Lift Operator Certification may be required per OSHA guidelines.
