High School Elementary School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bowling Green, Kentucky

As a vital member of the school community, youll use your expertise to help learners develop essential speech and language skills. The ideal candidate holds a current Kentucky SLP license and is comfortable working with diverse age groups. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, setting you up for success as you collaborate with educators and families.

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Kentucky
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Prior school-based experience is a plus

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop tailored intervention plans and monitor student progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and administrators
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
