Organize programs, coach teams, and make every event a win!

What You ll Do

* Lead athletic programs, events, and team assignments

* Recruit, train, and supervise coaches, officials, and seasonal staff

* Collect registrations and manage program fees

* Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities

* Serve as a referee for sports events when needed

* Interact with participants, parents, and volunteers to answer questions and solve problems

* Help develop new programs to meet community needs

You Bring

* Associate s degree in Recreation, Public Admin, or related field

* 2+ years experience supervising programs or staff in a similar role

* ASA Umpire, Basic First Aid, CPR certifications

* Valid driver s license

* Knowledge of high school basketball rules and refereeing skills

Salary

* Pay Grade G4; $49,554/yr. ($23.82/hr.); plus full benefit package; 40 hours per week
