Organize programs, coach teams, and make every event a win!
What You'll Do- Lead athletic programs, events, and team assignments
- Recruit, train, and supervise coaches, officials, and seasonal staff
- Collect registrations and manage program fees
- Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities
- Serve as a referee for sports events when needed
- Interact with participants, parents, and volunteers to answer questions and solve problems
- Help develop new programs to meet community needs
- Associate's degree in Recreation, Public Admin, or related field
- 2+ years experience supervising programs or staff in a similar role
- ASA Umpire, Basic First Aid, CPR certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of high school basketball rules and refereeing skills
