Class A CDL Truck Driver – Bowling Green, KY

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Bowling Green, KY, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a rewarding driving career.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly: $1,230 or more per week
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.48 per mile with 2500 miles per week
• Solo Stops Pay: $12.00 per stop with 5 stops per week
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
• Shutdown Bonus: $2,000 in first year
• Sign On Bonus: $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days
• Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter if applicable
• Schedule Options:
  Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday

• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO in first year, starting Day 1 (use or get paid)
• Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided
• Drivers are the Captain – safety decision authority

• Company paid Scale Bypass

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
  
  Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Class A experience: 9 months within last 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/Unload freight or assist in loading/unloading of freight as required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
