Semi and Transfer Truck Drivers operate a variety of tractor and trailer combinations and are responsible for delivering/hauling stone and equipment, removing drill cutting waste, and transferring waste or recycling materials from transfer stations to our landfill or recycle center.

Our drivers are home daily — NO OTR — and have the ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

START TIME BETWEEN 2-6 AM | 10-12 HOUR SHIFTS

Minimum Qualifications For Truck Drivers
  • Valid Class A CDL driver's license
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 1‑year CDL truck driving experience
  • Must successfully pass pre‑employment drug screen, background, clearinghouse, and motor vehicle records check
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

  • Customer service oriented with the desire to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Professional, courteous, and trustworthy.
Responsibilities And Duties
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe manner in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements, all local, state, and federal laws, and Kimble policies.
  • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Safely maneuver vehicle in residential and commercial environments and navigate high traffic areas.
  • Maintain records adequately.
  • Attend scheduled safety meetings, information sessions, and trainings.
