• $0.81$-0.86 CPM (based on verifiable experience)
• Average weekly take-home pay up to $2,700

• $0.76-$0.81 CPM

• Paid for every mile you drive, loaded and empty
• $150 layover pay
• $25 per hour detention pay after two hours
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday

• OTR freight with 3,200+ miles per week
• Choose Dry Van or Reefer
• No forced dispatch
• No New York City routes
• Home time options:
  • 2 weeks out / 2 days home
  • 3 weeks out / 4 days home

Our drivers are assigned late‑model equipment, including Volvo 760/860 and Freightliner Cascadia tractors.

Every truck includes:

• Assigned tractor you can take home

• Refrigerator and microwave

• Governed speed of 72 MPH
• Pet‑friendly policy starting on Day One

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
• No DUI, DWI, or SAP history
• Maximum of 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions or speeding violations exceeding 15 MPH
• Employment history must meet company guidelines (maximum of 8 jobs in the last 3 years)
• Must successfully complete a DOT urine drug screen (no hair follicle testing)
