What You’ll DoOrder parts from approved vendors and create purchase orders

Receive, stock, label, and organize parts inventory

Maintain bin locations and accurate inventory levels

Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

Supply technicians with parts needed for repairs

Process parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory

Operate a forklift to load/unload parts

Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe Answer phones and assist customers as needed

Support shop operations and perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For3+ years of parts experience (preferred) in any of the following:

Heavy-duty truck or trailer

Transport refrigeration

Fleet or dealership environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license

Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset

Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
