Rail Pros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to provide on-site roadway worker protection around live railroad tracks. You will coordinate job sites, manage dispatcher communications, and ensure safety compliance across controlled and non-controlled track areas.
The role requires at least a GED or high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of Class I railroad MOW experience. Expect extensive travel with per diems and mileage reimbursement for billable days.
