Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner;
Drives a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes delivering food and related products;
Performs required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections to meet DOT standards and report safety hazards;
Verifies delivery with customers and obtains signatures; collects money when required;
Completes daily hours-of-service logs and maintains truck/trailer cleanliness and securement of freight
