Class A CDL Truck Driver – Bowling Green, KY

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Bowling Green, KY. You will enjoy weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a rewarding driving career.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.48 per mile with 2500 miles per week
• Solo Stops Pay: $12.00 per stop with 5 stops per week
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
• Shutdown Bonus: $2000 in the first year
• Sign‑on Bonus: $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days
• Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter, if applicable
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday
• Start time:
  Flexibility with AM and PM shifts

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load or unload freight, or assist with loading/unloading of freight at customer sites
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Trucks are 36 months or newer; includes 24/7 roadside maintenance at over 800 facilities nationwide

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from prior employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
  
  Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO in the first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid)
