This is a W-2 position with AJR Logistics LLC. You will be employed by AJR Logistics, not Amazon
Compensation & Benefits- Starting Pay: $23.00-$24.00 Per hour
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5× your hourly rate after 40 hours worked in a 7-day workweek
- Annual Earnings: Approximately $58,000-$65,000+

Touch Home Every Other Day – Most routes will have an overnight away, getting you home every other day for a better work-life balance.

What You'll Do- Haul 100% no-touch Amazon freight using modern Amazon equipment.
- Work a minimum of 39 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Deliver freight safely, professionally, and on time.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon Relay, and company safety standards.
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and Amazon Relay technology
- Safety-focused with a professional attitude
