Job Description
Do you have experience in operating forklifts or working in a warehouse? This could be a great job for you! Now hiring Warehouse Picker / Packerpositions in Bowling Green, KY.
Details for Warehouse Picker / Packerposition:
- $16.50 / Hour
- Monday-Friday | 5am-1:30pm
- Occasional Volunteer Overtime on Saturdays as needed
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service

- Weekly Pay
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time
- Scan and record products and labels in the warehouse management system
- Verify order accuracy and monitor product quality, reporting issues as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment including palletizer, wrapper, forklift, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack
- Report equipment or mechanical issues promptly
- Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace (6S standards)
- Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 months of prior related experience/training preferred
- Picking, packing, stocking, and/or loading or related experience preferred
- Previous forklift and/or cherry picker experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to read, write, and speak English, per safety procedures
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach, hear, and see well.
