Job Overview

Conagra Brands in Marshall, Missouri is hiring for a Warehouse Team Leader on 2nd shift. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and join a team of 850+ team members. You will manage warehouse activities for incoming and outgoing shipments and a smooth flow of raw materials to the production lines. Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will oversee a group of workers engaged in lifting, transporting and loading materials for shipment or storage.

Manage the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will schedule work for special and periodic inventories. Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.

• Monitor, enforce all food manufacturing GMP’s and regulations
• Monitor receiving, production, purchasing records and documents for accuracy
• Provide guidance to team-members regarding transaction information for inventory accuracy
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve or provide recommendations promptly
• Maintain information system files for attendance and timesheets
• Provide feedback to warehouse employees with regard to process and performance
• Assist Warehouse Manager in activities related to maintaining material flow to the production facility
• Maintain inventories of warehouse supplies and create requisitions
• Provide Hazmat support, training and maintaining environmental integrity

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, four year college degree or 3+ years management will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Previous experience in a food-processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment and SAP experience.

While performing the tasks of this job you are frequently required to stand and walk. You are occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay Range: $63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
