• Prepares and keeps records of all shipping documentation, including but not limited to bill of lading reports, shipping labels, packing documentation, routing options, traffic class, and entry into ERP system
• Coordinates with all departments to fulfill specific and ongoing inventory, receiving, picking and shipping needs
• Communicates between departments, with carriers, and customers (as needed)
• Organizes the paperwork and priorities from sales, service, and manufacturing departments
• Coordinates deliveries
• Communicates with carriers, brokers, and the customer directly as needed
• Maintains accurate inventory counts
• Operate forklift and scissor lifts
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Mathematical skills to accurately record counts

• Ability to pass and maintain a forklift license to load and unload material
• Must be able to lift/push/pull objects that are 40 pounds or heavier
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Full body motion is required
