Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of the data center construction projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including estimates, detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and third‑party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to manage issues related to the project.
• Manage project budget, including tracking project costs and ensuring expenses stay within the defined budget.
• Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and budgets, are accurate, up-to-date, and properly managed.
• Conduct project meetings and track and analyze project performance.
• Ensure all data center construction projects comply with safety and building regulations.
• Coordinate with the pre‑construction team to ensure all pre‑construction activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in data center construction.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data center construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, systems in regard to data center construction, and estimating software.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure requirements, including mechanical, electrical, and security systems.
• Proficient in project management software, MS Project, Excel, and other related software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Commitment to the values of safety, integrity, and quality.
• Ability to travel as needed for project execution and meetings.
