Project Scheduler

12-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension / Direct Hire)

A leading general contractor is seeking Scheduler I and Scheduler II professionals to support large-scale ground-up data center construction projects in Bowling Green, Ohio.

This is an excellent opportunity for construction schedulers who thrive in fast-paced field environments and want to support complex, high-visibility builds. Candidates with data center / mission critical experience are highly preferred
, but strong schedulers from industrial, manufacturing, power generation, heavy construction, or similar large-scale project environments will also be considered.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for active construction projects
• Build and manage CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and/or other scheduling tools
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, procurement teams, and field leadership
• Track schedule progress, identify delays, and develop recovery plans as needed
• Coordinate milestone planning, sequencing, and schedule reporting
• Support look-ahead scheduling, critical path analysis, and schedule optimization
• Interface directly with onsite construction teams to validate progress and update schedules accordingly
• Assist with schedule risk analysis and resource planning

• 3+ years (Scheduler I) or 5+ years (Scheduler II) of construction scheduling experience
• Strong experience in field-based construction scheduling
• Prior experience working for a general contractor
• Experience supporting ground-up construction projects
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodology
• Ability to communicate effectively with field and project leadership teams
