Job Summary

Site Resident Engineer – Bowling Green, OH (relocation package available, travel stipend). Salary $160,000-$170,000 per year.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Site Resident Engineer to oversee all technical aspects of construction projects, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decisions. The role requires strong experience with BIM, Procore, Bluebeam, and compliance with OSHA 10 and 30.

Responsibilities

Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decisions.

Conduct regular BIM reviews to ensure plan accuracy and quality.

Utilize Procore and Bluebeam software to streamline project management and document control.

Ensure compliance with OSHA 10 and 30 safety regulations at all sites.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other professionals to expedite design decisions and resolve technical issues.

Monitor and inspect construction work to confirm adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Prepare and present technical reports on construction progress and issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in the construction industry.

Proven experience in expediting design decisions across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP.

Proficiency in BIM reviews, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Certification in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.

Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to collaborate effectively.

In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

Ability to prepare and present technical reports on progress and issues.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
