Position Details:

• Exempt Salary position based upon experience & skill level
• Contract with possible contract extension or hire
• Standard site hours:
  Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm

  Client site - Bowling Green, OH
• Daily onsite presence required
• Up to 15% travel depending on project needs
• Supervision responsibilities included

Contract with possible contract extension or hire (fixed weekly salary broken down hourly for invoicing purposes only) - $62.50 - $64.90

Direct Hire (must be open to between 15-50% travel throughout the U.S.):
Up to 135K/YR

• 5 years of telecom construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of low voltage/fiber, cable management, and cable audits
  • Cost forecasting and budgeting
  • Prepare and lead presentations and briefings
  • Safety enforcement, quality control and change management
  • Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures
• Assist in leading 40-60+ resources (technicians, project admin, safety personnel, and construction manager)
• Prior experience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects highly preferred
• Experience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, design, build, fixed price, etc.)
• Proficiency: MS Office, Primavera P6, SPI, CPI, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura

  Certifications:
  • OSHA 30 (must be obtained within 60 days of starting)
  • BICSI RCDD
  • BICSI RTPM
  • PMI PMP

• Lead day-to-day construction management using established PMO standards and methodologies.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identify and manage change events, applying best practice change management processes.

• Enforce safety protocols, procedures, and site standards across all project activities.
• Ensure quality control through consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain adherence to construction technology platforms, building codes, and industry standards.

• Utilize construction accounting principles to support cost forecasting, budget analysis, and financial reporting.
• Manage contracting and delivery methods including lump sum, cost-plus, GMP, design-build, and time & material.
• Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
• Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities clearly and confidently.
• Prepare presentations and lead briefings for both small and large groups.

• Anticipate issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of conflicts.
• Apply data driven insights to influence decisions and optimize project performance.
• Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement on site.
