Provide individualized peer tutoring to students of TRIO Student Support Services.

- Provide individualized tutoring to supplement classroom learning and instruction.
- Facilitate insight into the learning process.
- Assist students in the comprehension of course content.
- Participate in professional development training in person and on discussion boards.
- Provide a student perspective on learning and school success (organization, note taking, time management, etc.).
- Remit tutee progress reports on a weekly basis.
- Administration of learning style instruments as needed (VARK, Barsch, etc.).
- GPA 3.0 or higher.
- A or B in proposed courses.
- Two BGSU faculty/staff references.
- Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student.
- Applications received without unofficial transcripts will not be reviewed.
- Familiarization with SSC (within MyBGSU) highly preferred.
