Art Education Program Assistant

To assist the Division of Art Education faculty members in running an effective program in Art Education at the School of Art.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the organization/cleanliness of the ARTE rooms and first aid kits.
• Monitor ARTE inventory, inform the division of supply order needs, and assist in ordering supplies.
• Maintain the organization of various teacher resources (visuals, books, bulletin boards, kilns, etc.).
• Assist faculty members with various course preparations.
• Oversee and maintain ARTE Social Media for Saturday Art (Instagram & Facebook).
• Work the registration table for the Saturday Art program once per semester.
• Take pictures of Saturday Art students while they are teaching (10 Saturdays in a row).
