What are the responsibilities?

As a Gas Turbine Specialist (Power Innovation), you will:

• Support the commissioning, startup, and operational readiness of gas turbine systems and related power infrastructure.
• Perform commissioning procedures, testing, and system validation while coordinating FAT/SAT activities and project turnover.
• Document test results, complete technical reports, and maintain accurate commissioning records.
• Lead technical reviews, readiness meetings, and provide updates to project teams and leadership.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Promote safe work practices while adopting innovative technologies that improve operational performance.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience maintaining or troubleshooting gas turbine engines is required.
• Experience with Siemens SGT-800 and A-35 gas turbines is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and safely use mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.
