Dauch is seeking a Launch Demand Planner to join our world‑class team. This role is located at our Bowling Green plant in Bowling Green, OH.

As a Launch Demand Planner, you will lead supply chain projects that develop and continuously improve the planning and information flow processes, efficiently utilize available capacities and resources in a safe environment, and meet customer demand. You will also ensure compliance with policies, standards, and governance through communication and training (“train the trainer”) of the supply chain team.

• Planning of all supply chain process steps from supplier to customer for New Programs.
• Responsible for gate reviews in accordance with the New Program Launch process.
• Coordination of all PC-L activities between program organizations and plants.
• Planning and implementation of transport organization for new programs between supplier, plant and customer.
• Planning and calculating the implementation of material and information flows.
• Create, maintain and govern the execution of Project Plans.
• Monitor and control trial parts and PPAP parts.
• Master Production Planning, Capacity Planning, SIOP, Material Requirement Planning/Vendor Scheduling, Shop floor inventory control, Distribution Requirement Planning, Inventory Management, Product Life cycle Management.
• Maintain, manage and communicate KPIs and project governance.
• Apply PDCA approach, use A3 appropriately in case of deviation to plan to ensure successful project delivery and sustainability.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years experience in Supply Chain Forecasting & Demand Planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (QAD/SAP/Oracle).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certified or equivalent.
