Mortgage Processing Specialist

Civista Bank is seeking a Mortgage Processing Specialist to support our Finance team within the Banking, Insurance & Investment industry. In this role, you will review and process residential mortgage applications, verify documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and customers to move loans efficiently from application to closing. You will track loan files, resolve documentation issues, maintain accurate system data, and deliver timely, relationship-focused service that supports Civista's community-driven mission.
