RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our growing team serving the Bowling Green, Ohio area. This full-time position provides behavioral health services to children and families through our school-based and community-based programs.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community providers
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultations
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW
    , or license eligible
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
